SEAGUARD VOID COAT Protective & Marine Coatings WATER BASED BARGE COATING P31A10 Revised 3/11 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION RECOMMENDED USES • Excellent corrosion protection • HAPS free • High lm build capability • Resistant to high temperatures • Suitable for severe atmospheric corrosion protection • Little or no pretreatment required • Resistant to high pressure steam cleaning • SEAGUARD VOID COAT is a premium grade, single component, water based coating containing no HAPS and very low VOC. The coating is intended to be applied to the interior spaces of fresh and salt water barges. This product contains high PIN (penetration index) asphalt to provide enhanced lm exibility. The product was formulated with the intent to protect the steel plate from corrosion with little or no surface preparation. Loose mil scale should be removed; tightly adhering mil scale does not require removal and will provide a suitable substrate. This product is easily applied via airless spray and is intended to be applied at a wide range of application temperatures and conditions. Mils Steel, alkyd primer: 1 ct. Seaguard Void Coat 3.0-9.0 (Airless spray application is recommended using 30:1 ratio or greater with .017 - .037 tip.)
