Hover Ark H3-X Remote Controlled Lifesaving Buoy The Hover Ark H3-X is an unmanned life-saving device incorporating drone technology with water rescue applications. To carry out rescues on water, rather than having to jump into the water, the operator simply throws the Hover Ark H3-X from the shore or a boat, and uses the remote control to navigate it to the victim. With a fast speed, this powerful Hover Ark H3-X reaches the victim, who would then grasp the handles on both sides of the H3X, or lie on it, and wait for the operator to navigate the H3-X which carries the victim back to safety.
