Degrassatore Il Degrassatore Automatico è un sistema completamente progettato per separare il grasso flottante libero e oli dai flussi di acqua di scarico. Il grasso e gli oli separati vengono intrappolati all'interno del serbatoio in acciaio inossidabile e vengono recuperati automaticamente dal sistema. Solo l'acqua "pulita" passa attraverso il sistema verso le linee di scarico. Ogni unità separa anche i rifiuti alimentari solidi in un apposito cestello estraibile.
