Preceding coating SEAJET 015 UNDERWATER PRIMER, SEAJET 117 MULTIPURPOSE EPOXY PRIMER Subsequent coating SEAJET SEOSIL Before use, stir thoroughly until product is mixed to a uniform consistency. *Film thickness and spreading rate depends on application method. Values are based on roller application. Make sure to add SEAJET Tie coat additive in the second of SEAJET Tie coat. Stir well before application. Surface preparation Over existing clean antifouling: roughen the surface with abrasive paper P100 grade (wet sanding). Wash down with fresh water and let it dry. Apply 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL TIE-COAT to assure good adhesion with subsequent SEAJET SEOSIL. Only apply to dry, damp-free surfaces. Bare fibreglass: degrease and abrade with P100 grade abrasive paper, followed by THINNER E wiping to remove all contamination from the surface. First apply 2 coats of SEAJET 117 MULTIPUPROSE EPOXY PRIMER Silver. Then aply 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL TIE-COAT followed by SEAJET SEOSIL (2 coats). Wood: degrease if required and abrade with P100 grade abrasive paper, followed by final cleaning to remove all contamination from the surface. First apply 2 coats of SEAJET 015 UNDERWATER PRIMER. Then apply 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL TIE-COAT followed by SEAJET SEOSIL (2 coats). Aluminium / Steel: degrease if required and abrade with P100 abrasive paper, followed by final cleaning to remove all contamination from the surface. First apply 3 coats of SEAJET 117 MULTIPUPROSE EPOXY PRIMER Silver. Then apply 2 coats of SEAJET SEOSIL TIECOAT followed by SEAJET SEOSIL (2 coats).

SEAJET SEOSIL TIE-COAT Drying / overcoating data Notes: * Maximum with SEAJET SEOSIL. ** Minimum overcoating interval with SEAJET SEOSIL is 12 hours. Drying times and overcoating intervals will increase with increasing film thickness applied. Before re-coating, always check that the existing paint film is 'through' dry. Store the containers in a dry, cool and well ventilated space and away from direct sunlight. Containers must be kept firmly closed. Handle with care.
