Application Procedure

Surface Preparation: Remove all contamination and existing coatings using a scraper, abrasive paper, and pads. Clean the surface with fresh water.
Abrasive Profiling: Use abrasive paper (P-100 to P-120) for the hull to create a proper surface profile. Clean and de-grease tubes with SEAJET THINNER A.
Cleaning: Clean the entire surface with SEAJET THINNER A.
Primer Application: Mix SEAJET RIBCOAT HARDENER and BASE, stir for 5 minutes, and apply one coat of SEAJET RIBCOAT PRIMER to the hull using a mohair roller. Do not apply primer to inflatable tubes.
Finish Application: Stir SEAJET RIBCOAT FINISH for 5 minutes and apply the first coat on the primed hull and tubes. Minimum overcoating interval is 30 minutes, maximum is 8 hours.
Second Coat: Apply the second coat of SEAJET RIBCOAT FINISH after 3 hours.
Launching: The RIB can be launched after 24 hours.

SURFACE PREPARATION Remove all contamination and existing coating from the surface by using a combination of scraper, abrasive paper and abrasive pads. Remove all dust by fresh water. Step 3 Clean the whole surface with SEAJET THINNER A. Step 2 For the hull, use abrasive paper (grit size P-100 to P-120) to create a proper surface profile prior to painting. Make sure to renew the abrasive paper when fully clogged. The tubes should be cleaned and de-greased using SEAJET THINNER A.
