Provides protection against algae, barnacles, annelids, tunicates, bryzoa, hydroids, zebra mussels and other fouling organisms. Transhield is abrasion resistant for scrubbing, trailering and dry storage. Reduces paint buildup. This product may only be used to treat the surfaces of transducers. This product is intended for both salt and fresh water use. Transhield applies easily and dries quickly. Transhield is an antifouling paint in a high-technology vehicle that withstands frequent trailering, beaching and launching. Transhield should not be used on aluminum. Surface temperature must be a least 50°F (10°C) above dew point. For optimum application properties, bring material to 70-80°F (21-27°C) temperature range prior to mixing and application. Unmixed material (in closed containers) should be maintained in protected storage between 40° and 100°F (4-38°C). Apply by brush, roller or spray.
