Application Details
  • Surface Preparation: Clean thoroughly to remove contaminants. Use Sea Hawk’s S-80 Wax “N” Grease Killer for unpainted surfaces.
  • Mixing: Mix equal parts of Part A and Part B on a non-porous surface using a putty knife, trowel, or spatula.
  • Application: Apply with a putty knife, spatula, or trowel in a 1/8” - 1/4” layer, ensuring no air bubbles or voids.
Storage and Handling
  • Store between 50˚F and 80˚F in tightly closed containers.
  • Use with adequate ventilation and wear chemical-resistant gloves.
Precautionary Statements
  • May cause allergic reactions and severe skin and respiratory irritation.
  • Avoid skin and eye contact and do not ingest.

Hawk Filler can be used for repairs above and below the waterline. It goes on like putty to fill, patch, seal or re-build aluminum, wood, concrete, fiberglass and steel. Hawk Filler provides excellent protection against corrosion of metals and erosion and deterioration of concrete or wood. Hawk Filler’s hard-as-nails surface can be drilled, tapped, or machined. Perfect for patching and repairing damaged underwater surfaces. It is recommended for use with Sea Hawk’s Tuff Stuff™ Premium Blister Protection. PRODUCT INFORMATION Colors: Part A - Resin is white. Part B - Hardener is olive green. The combined mixture is olive green. Cure Time: Can be sanded in 45-60 minutes depending on work environment. Fully cures in 24 hours. Do not apply unless temperature is above 50°F for at least 6 hours after application. Will not adhere properly at temperatures below 50°F. If the boat has never been painted, use Sea Hawk’s S-80 Wax “N” Grease Killer. Adhesion of Hawk Filler™ will only be effective if the hull is clean. Mixing Mix on a non-porous surface. Do not mix on cardboard, paper-based and/or porous surface. Wear tight-fitting rubber gloves. Using equal parts of Part A and Part B, mix thoroughly to even uniform color. Mix using a putty knife, trowel or spatula. Apply immediately after mixing. Application Apply using a putty knife, spatula or trowel.
