Captain Jack’s FAST FLASH VARNISH at 77˚F (25˚C): Touch Dry 2-4 hrs, Tack Free 5-7 hrs, Dry Hard 12-20 hrs

Limitations

Do not shake varnish; stir gently to avoid air bubbles.
Ensure correct coating amount using specified coverage and mil thickness.
Avoid application in direct sunlight or windy conditions.
Use proper PPE when spraying.

Surface Preparation

Wood must be clean, dry, and properly prepared.
Sand with the grain and remove sanding residue.
For bare wood, apply at least 4 coats, sanding between coats.
For previously varnished wood in good condition, apply 2 coats after cleaning and sanding.
For poor condition, remove old varnish and treat as bare wood.
