Dimensions On the following page you will find a basic layout sample. Lengths of segments A segment is defined as the distance between the individual pylons. Since we construct four to six pylons cableways we have four to six segments (generally two long segments and two to four short ones). Normally the obstacles are positioned on the long segments. If you want to put obstacles on the shorter segments you need a certain distance between the pylons.
