RESOLTECH 3100 / 3102 is a high-performance, rubber-toughened epoxy adhesive designed for structural bonding with high mechanical and peel resistance. It cures at room temperature and is suitable for bonding composite materials, steel, and aluminum, withstanding temperatures from -50°C to +80°C, and peaking at 120°C. The adhesive is solvent-free and does not contract upon curing.

Specifications:
- Mixing Ratio: 100 parts resin (3100) to 20 parts hardener (3102) by weight.
- Density: Mixed density at 23°C is 1.10.
- Viscosity: Mixed viscosity at 23°C is 1,600 mPa.s.
- Pot Life: 1 hour 20 minutes at 23°C.
- Exothermic Peak Temperature: 172°C.

Application Procedures:
- Mix resin and hardener above 5°C for at least 5 minutes.
- Ensure surfaces are clean, degreased, and prepared (sanded or etched as necessary).
- Maintain parts in contact during curing without excessive clamping.
- Clean tools before polymerization with acetone or MEK.

Mechanical Properties:
- Service Temperature: -50°C to +80°C, with a peak at 120°C.
- Glass Transition Temperature (TG): 46°C after 14 days at 23°C, 66°C after 8 hours at 60°C.
- Hardness: 80 Shore D after 14 days at 23°C.
- Flexural Modulus: 2.86 GPa after 14 days at 23°C.
- Maximum Flexural Strength: 83.6 MPa after 14 days at 23°C.

Packaging and Storage:
- Available in kits of (1+0.2) kg, (5+1) kg, (25+5) kg, and (200+20) kg.
- Store between 10°C and 30°C in a well-ventilated area.

Health and Safety:
- Avoid skin contact; use protective gloves and clothing.
- Use eye protection and ensure adequate ventilation.
- In case of eye contact, rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
- Use respiratory protection with ABEKP coded filters.
