Technological Stainless Steel works for luxury boats

The production department can also manufacture any kind of manifolds for salt and fresh water for all the on-board systems. Starting from the drawing or directly from a 3d scan we can do a dimensional calculation for any kind of manifold. The materials used are carbon steel or stainless steel depending on the customer’s request. We manufacture stainless steel tanks for water, waste and fuel. The tanks are tailor made and match with the shape of the hull, in this way all the spaces are optimized for the best optimization.

The RISERS and the exhaust elbows are entirely stainless steel AISI 316 made, TIG welded with inertial gas flow inside. Thanks to the thermal-dynamic calculations we can supply the perfect dimensional size for all the exhaust line based on the power and the total length of the system. The mufflers are made of fiberglass or stainless steel with inner walls for the best noise damping. The layout and the dimensional design are made by an on-board measurement or a 3d scanning with a reverse engineering process, or directly with a 3d drawing supplied by the customer.
