PVL International developed an Underwater Gas Cutting Torch that allows you to cut faster, more accurate, and cost effective than any other underwater cutting torch on the market. This durable Cutting Torch will give you the opportunity to lower the costs per meter and cut up to three times faster than thermic torches. Cost Effective Three Times Faster Electrodes are expensive, and for high-volume cutting, costs can add up quickly. The PVL Cutting Torch, using gas and a specially designed cutting bracket, allows for up to 1000 meters of cutting before replacement. By eliminating the need for electrodes, the PVL Torch offers significant cost savings, making it a smart investment for companies with high-volume cutting needs. The PVL Underwater Cutting Torch is up to three times faster than traditional thermal cutting. Unlike thermal torches, the PVL operates using gas instead of electrodes, eliminating the need for frequent electrode changes. This innovation significantly boosts efficiency, allowing divers to cut at speeds of 20 to 24 meters per hour. More Accurate Every company benefits from a PVL Cutting Torch alongside their thermal torch. Use the thermal torch for rough, short cuts, and the PVL for precise, long cuts.

Underwater Cutting Torche 90° The PVL Underwater Cutting Torch uses a three hoses system. These hoses are used for the supply of oxygen and gas. The PVL Torch preheats the material with the combination of gas and oxygen. Once the material is liquid, the cutting oxygen will blow it away. You can adjust the cutting oxygen pressure (with the oxygen reducer) without affecting the gas/oxygen combination. This allows you to cut through thicker materials (up to 15cm). Because the PVL Torch uses oxygen to cut, you can cut the material very cost-efficient and up to 3x faster, than thermic torches....

Pressure/Diving Depth It is not possible to adjust the cutting flame underwater! You can only modify The igniter is specifically designed to light the PVL the flame by adjusting the pressure reducers above the water. Cutting Torch Underwater. Pressures for the cutting Oxygen as indicated in the table apply up to 25 mm material thickness. When cutting thicker material the pressure for the cutting Oxygen can be raised without negative effects on the adjustment of the torch.
