BilgeSafe Passenger Ship Flood Detection System PSM has designed the BilgeSafe passenger ship flood detection system to meet SOLAS regulation 11-1/22-1, effective July 2010, which requires that any passenger ships carrying more than 36 persons be fitted with a flood detection system for watertight spaces below the bulkhead deck.
