Standard Features
Kubota Diesel Engine with a single bearing direct coupled generator ensures efficient power generation. The system maintains a solid-state voltage regulation of ± 1% and operates at a low speed of 1,800 RPM. Safety features include a shutdown system for high coolant temperature or low lube oil pressure. The control system is a single series circuit with tinned wiring, eliminating the need for printed circuit boards. The engine is equipped with a fresh water double pass heat exchanger and a water-cooled exhaust manifold with a removable integral cupro-nickel heat exchanger core. Additional features include a zinc anode in the heat exchanger, stainless steel exhaust elbow cast, gear-driven raw water pump, and four-point isolation mounts. Molded blue silicone water hoses with stainless steel AWAB clamps, an air intake cleaner/silencer, and a closed crankcase breather system are also included. The system uses spin-on lube/fuel filters, a RACOR fuel/water separator, a secondary 5-micron fuel filter, and a self-bleed fuel system. It is equipped with USCG approved fuel lines and an electric fuel transfer pump. A forged brass oil drain valve with a safety lock, Awl-Craft 2000 urethane finish, a 5-year limited warranty, circuit breaker, and belt guard complete the standard features.

Options include a start-stop 20ft harness, custom remote engine/generator instrument panels, DC gauge panel with a 20ft harness, stainless steel drip pan, three-phase generator output, custom front PTO pulleys, 24-volt starting system, 50 cycle output, dedicated motor starting generator windings, sound insulation blanket, sound attenuated enclosure, powder-coated aluminum, remote oil filter kits, BALMAR high output alternator, custom chrome packages, and a spare parts kit.
