margaret ann Margaret Ann is the rst in the new class of ‘Pendennis 95’ Superyachts. Her principal designer, Dubois Naval Architects, have worked with us on several high prole new-builds – this being the latest. Margaret Ann has all the merits and trademarks of a Dubois Yacht, featuring a pilot house with a raised seating area, outstanding performance and an intelligent placement of running gear. The latter provides a welcome sense of wellbeing on deck when underway, with Margaret Ann’s foredeck being especially free and uncluttered. Margaret Ann’s internal layout is traditional for a Dubois design, with steps leading down from the cockpit into the pilothouse, where the Yacht’s dining area is situated around a luxurious walnut-topped table. The main saloon area is situated another four steps down. Sleeping accommodation comprises a full-width, master suite and two identical en-suite, twin-bedded guest cabins, each of which has an additional Pullman berth over the inboard bed, plus crew quarters of two spacious twin-bunked cabins together with a shared shower room.
