In the early 1990s the Yacht was acquired by a new owner - who renamed The Yacht was brought originally to the yard in 1991 to undergo a complete program of refit and repair - and continues to be a frequent On her most recent visit, Adix has undergone a major engineering refit linked to her MCA certification and a ten-year Lloyds survey. The work involved re-wiring, re-plumbing, the construction and fitting of two new watertight bulkheads and re-insulting the engine room. With her distinctive three-masted profile, Adix has become one of the most recognizable of Yachts in the world, a feature of many classic sailing regattas, especially in the Mediterranean.
