Racor CV Systems In an open system, the crankcase breather is connected to the Crankcase Ventilation (CV) filter assembly. The CV outlet is open to atmosphere. This configuration is simple to install and is an effective oil mist removal system for applications which allow crankcase venting to atmosphere. CCV assemblies require special fittings only available from Racor.
