RACE FLYING LINES IMPORTANT INFORMATION There are some important pieces of information to note about the RACE FLYING LINES. 1. hese high performance flying lines have been developed especially for Kite Racing. The lines are thinner offering reduced parasitic drag, and T therefore are more prone to wear. We recommend replacing Race Flying Lines every 100 hours or season, whichever comes first. ALWAYS INSPECT LINES BEFORE AND AFTER USE, REPLACE IF NECESSARY. 2. he Race Flying Lines have been designed to allow full flag out safety when using our Race Control System. When rigging Race Flying Lines onto T your control system you will need to use the supplied flag out line stopper ball. This stopper ball has a larger diameter inside hole (5mm) than our standard ball to ensure the flying line splices run smoothly through the ball when the chicken loop is released. DO NOT USE RACE FLYING LINES WITHOUT THE CORRECT LARGER HOLE BALL. 3. ncluded in the Race Flying Lines package and also with new model Edge kites are two Grey rear line pigtails, labelled 1 & 4. When using the high I performance Race Flying Lines you will need to swap the two Grey pigtails with the standard Red (1) and Blue (4) rear line pigtails on the kite. This is to ensure a firm larks head connection between the flying lines and pigtails on the kite bridles. DO NOT USE RACE FLYING LINES WITHOUT THE CORRECT GREY REAR LINE PIGTAILS OR THE LINE MAY SLIP OFF.
