From their design and during all stages of manufacturing, ORCA® fabrics are subject to strict quality control to guarantee their best performance on abrasion, ultra-violet, hydrocarbons and aging. However, there are technical limitations identified during the design of our products based on the requirements of environmental protection. The quality of materials used to manufacture our ORCA® fabrics allows us to guarantee performance for 5 years. Prolonging the life and appearance of your ORCA® fabrics is accomplished only through regular maintenance. Regular maintenance will prolong the life and appearance of your ORCA® fabric: • After each use, clean the fabric of your boat with mild soap and water. • At least once a month and before long-term storage period, you must clean the ORCA® fabric following the specific instructions with the range of cleaning products selected for ORCA® fabric (ww.orca.eu). Under certain conditions of use or storage (humidity, confined under a non-breathable cover, presence of oily residue, etc.), mold, algae or bacteria may appear (spots). It is imperative that as soon as they are discovered they must be treated with the selected cleaning products for ORCA® fabric (www.orca.eu). These spots are related to external causes and do not alter the quality of the fabric, therefore, they are not covered by our warranty contract. Only regular maintenance will guarantee the appearance and durability of the fabric of your boat. Step 2 SHMUFFEX Properties of Shmuffex: Removes spots on the various layers of the fabric. Use: Apply Shmuffex immediately after completing Step 1. Protect elements surrounding the tube. Wear gloves and protective clothing when handling this product (contains chlorine). Check the expiration date of product before use (risk of loss of effectiveness). Spray Shmuffex generously, then using a non-abrasive sponge, spread over the whole surface of the tube. Let it set for 1 hour and make sure it doesn’t dry out.
