SPACESAVER® FILL CONTAINMENT STATIONS SpaceSaver® filling stations are designed for both mobile and standalone SCBA and scuba cylinder filling. Available in single cylinder (Model 400V) and two cylinder (Model 100A) versions, the units can be incorporated directly onto fire and emergency vehicles or as a fixture in any cylinder filling location. SpaceSaver® units will contain cylinders and any metal fragments in the event of a rupture during the filling process. Tested and certified for all 5500 psi SCBA bottles. FEATURES • Body constructed with 3/16 in and 3/8 in plate steel for maximum safety and protection from rupture. • Door constructed with 1/4 in stainless steel. • Ergonomic design with assistance devices to assure smooth operation and reduce operator fatigue. • Automatic safety interlock system prevents operation until unit is secured. • Most space efficient single cylinder filling station now available. • Certified to fill up to 88 cu ft air cylinders. • Optional air control panel can be mounted on either side of the unit or remotely. • Fully tested and certified for all 5500 psi SCBA bottles. • Warranty: One (1) year from date of start-up (not to exceed fifteen [15] months from shipment) on the complete package.
