This extreme rugged keyboard features IP68 compeletely waterproof full travel switches with excellent tactile feedback. Pins 5 & 6 do not need connecting • The keyboard can source 500mA from the USB port to help backlight the LED's • Maximum brightness setting is consuming 380 mA EXTERNAL BACKLIGHTING • Pins 5 & 6 on the main Amphenol connector will need to be connected for external backlighting. • R18 will need to be removed if the power supplier is above 5V. • Maximum of 12V for external backlight supply.
