Novenco provides a comprehensive design and engineering package that includes heat load transmission calculations, proposal arrangement drawings, detailed solution drawings, air flow/balance assessments, noise level predictions, air draught predictions, and installation drawings.
The company supplies all necessary HVAC components, including air handling units, VAV units with modern user panels, control and monitoring systems, fans, spiral ducting, and cooling and provision plants.
Shipyard Advantages: The system allows for quick installation due to extensive use of spiral ducting, with chilled water piping and drains only in the fan room. The air handling units are compact and customized.
Owner Advantages: The system offers high comfort, is extremely quiet, and uses a high percentage of fresh air. It includes a filter system to eliminate bacteria and odors, and the VAV system optimizes air flow to minimize draught. Maintenance is centralized in the fan room.
The system is a high-pressure single pipe VAV air conditioning system, with primary air treatment in the air handling unit and final treatment in the air supply units. Room comfort is controlled via a touch user panel.
