QUICK START GUIDE 1. Open the Nottrot N-COM application 2. Click on Open Port (1) 3. Select the COM-port of the USB connected to the system (2) 4. Click on Lookup (3) 5. The N-Control and Data Converter are now connected * N-Control is always Net ID 1 The following steps will help create a pattern. If a configuration file is already available, proceed from step 20. VariCap System The following steps will help create a configuration. If a configuration file is already available, proceed from step 20. 13. Go to the VariCAP tab 14. VariCap System 20. Write configuration to the Data Converter (1) 21. Save all presets (2) This stores the presets in the EEPROM of the Data Converter. That way the system remembers it’s presets after a reboot. 22. Write the presets into the Data Converter (3) A reboot is required to load the saved presets from the EEPROM. ‘Write all presets’ prevents the need for a reboot.
