Northstar is an integrated manufacturer of recreational Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs), Military and Professional RIBs, Aluminium RIBs and Workboats from Turkey. Located in izmir, Northstar plant houses all R&D and manufacturing with series and custom build capabilities. Northstar R&D Team consist of naval architects, industrial designers who are responsible for the design, engineering and construction. Our goal is to combine the latest design technology and techniques to create a combination of efficient, easily driven and seaworthy RIBs, overlaid with the distinctive aesthetic and functional requirements of the client.

SPECIAL PURPOSE RIBs Northstar has an extensive range of specially built RIBs, catering for the needs of on-board war ships, response and rescue missions. Having its own development capability in house, Northstar has the ability to configure and build special purpose RIBs at short notice.

Northstar has announced its entry to the Aluminium Professional , Military and Workboat markets in 2016. Nortstar ha named this new range ALU PRO. The decision was taken mainly to cater for market requests as well as enable Northstar to deliver special projects with lower volume requirements, which are economically not feasible with composite production techniques. Alupro range will extend from 5 meters and up to 18 meters in length in infinite design configurations to offer every possible solution for military/professional users within this range.

ALUPRO AR 830 OP The AR830 OP is an open platform with aluminum hull and D-section foam tubes. Equipped with single or twin outboard engines, the AR830 OP can be easily equipped for different tasks. Following the AR830 OP we will soon be producing the A830 OR which will be an aluminum RIB with inflatable tubes, and the AR665 F for fire fighting at sea. The first production of Northstar Aluminium Series is our model AR 920 C launched in 2017. It is a planning hull design with an Axe Bow , offering very good sea keeping and is ready to take on the rough seas. AR 920 C can accommodate 5 crew plus the coxswain and can be reconfigured for many different tasks including SAR and Ambulance duties.

Northstar Alupro AR650 F is specially designed for firefighting in confined areas like marinas and harbors. While she can interfere with fires at a long distance with her powerful monitor and water pump, she can also get closer to fire thanks to her D-Shaped foam fender, which is made from a fire retardant material and its aluminum construction. Due to her compact size, she is able to maneuver in limited space.

Northstar Alupro Series A1000 is a very fast deep V hulled open RIB. The design has been optimized for patrol interception and long-range security operations. It offers sample deck space allowing many different configurations. She will offer speeds well in excess of 50 knots depending on powering and weight of the configured boat.
