Designed for maintenance-free operation. • Conservative heat rise rating: 95°C/50°C ambient. • Cast aluminum expansion tank with coolant recovery type filler cap. • Generators meet or exceed class society requirements, with Class “H” epoxy insulation, accessible diodes, oversized ball bearings and marine grade shafts. Cooling System • Thermostat for quick warm up and safety. • Cast iron exhaust manifold has two pass jacket-water flow for even temperature control. Fuel System • Easy to service mechanical, direct injection fuel system. • Engines and generators are torsionally matched for long life. • Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) gives quick +/-1% RMS no load to full load voltage regulation. AVR has circuit breaker protection.
