  • Stainless steel rings with strap reinforcement and Cunningham adjustment.

Paneled Racing Sails:
Designed using 3D software, available in fabrics from high tenacity woven Dacrons to Mylar laminates. North designers can combine different fabrics and laminates to optimize weight, stretch, strength, and cost.

Soft NorLam™:

NORTH SAILS Paneled Racing Aramid, NorLam, NorDac North's paneled race mainsails and genoas are designed using the same 3D software used for our 3DL™ molded sails. They're available in fabrics ranging from high tenacity woven Dacrons to Mylar laminates made with polyester, aramid and new Pentex® fibers. North designers can combine different fabrics and/or laminates in different weights within the same sail to deliver the optimum combination of weight, stretch, strength and cost for your style of racing.
