Product catalog summary
Description: Weatherfast Poly Clear is a one-pack clear finish available in gloss or satin, known for its durability and abrasion resistance. It contains high levels of UV screening agents, making it suitable for both exterior and interior applications.

Properties:
  • Colour: Pale amber
  • Finish: High gloss or satin
  • Coverage: Up to 14 sq. metres/litre
  • Drying Time: Touch dry in 2 hours at 50% relative humidity
  • Recoating: After 8 hours
  • Weight/Litre: 0.91 kg
  • Volume Solids: 43%

Subsequent coats can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. If spraying, up to 25% of Norglass Weatherfast Spraying Thinner can be added.
Transportation: Classified as a flammable liquid under Dangerous Goods Class 3.2. Available in sizes of 4 litres, 1 litre, 500 ml, and 250 ml.
Precautions: Ensure adequate ventilation during use. Avoid smoking and keep away from naked flames.
First Aid:
  • Skin contact: Wash with soap and water.
  • Eye contact: Irrigate with plenty of fresh water.
  • If inhaled: Move to fresh air and rest.
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting; give water or milk and seek medical advice.
Special Instructions: Do not use below 10°C as drying will be inhibited. For an external satin finish, apply a minimum of 3 coats of gloss before the final satin coat.
