Description: WEATHERFAST Marine Varnish is a clear, low odor, high gloss alkyd finish designed for maximum exterior protection with high levels of UV inhibitors and stabilizers.
Uses: Suitable for panelling, doors, outdoor furniture, railings, and general brightwork on boats, excluding areas with heavy traffic.

Preparation: New timber must be dry and sanded, with dust removed using NORCLEAN-PLUS. Previously varnished timber should be sanded and cleaned similarly. Cracked or peeling varnish must be removed completely.
Application: Apply the first coat by brush, possibly thinned with WEATHERFAST BRUSHING THINNER in hot weather. Light sanding between coats is recommended, with a minimum of 5 coats for areas exposed to strong sunlight.
Transportation: Classified as a flammable liquid, Dangerous Goods Class 3.2.
Precautions: Ensure adequate ventilation, avoid open flames, and do not use in high humidity or low temperatures.
First Aid: In case of ingestion, do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention. For eye contact, flush with water. If inhaled, move to fresh air. For skin contact, wash thoroughly.

WEATHERFAST MARINE VARNISH PREPARATION: New bare timber must be dry, well sanded and have the dust particles within the grain removed by clean rags soaked in NORCLEAN-PLUS. Previously varnished timber (in good condition) should be sanded thoroughly to a flat state then wiped over with a lint-free cloth in NORCLEAN-PLUS. Cracked or peeling varnishes must be totally removed back to a clean dry timber state.
