Preparation: Unpainted surfaces should be primed with NORGLASS SHIPSHAPE Primer-Undercoat, cured for 24 hours, and sanded. New steel surfaces require NORGLASS EPOXY TAR and SHIPSHAPE. Clean and sand spent anti-foulings, remove loose paint, and prime bare areas.
Application: Stir thoroughly before use. Apply with brush and short nap roller. Airless spray possible under controlled conditions. Ensure thorough stirring to prevent color inconsistency.
Transportation: Flammable liquid, Dangerous Goods Class 3.2. Available in 4 litre and 1 litre sizes.
Precautions: Ensure adequate ventilation, avoid inhaling fumes, and keep away from flames. Do not use on aluminium or below 10°C. Avoid dry sanding and spraying due to toxicity. Wear protective gear.
First Aid: In case of poisoning, contact a doctor. Do not induce vomiting if swallowed; provide water and seek medical advice. Wash skin immediately if contact occurs. Rinse eyes for 15 minutes if splashed.
Special Instructions: Maintain specified toxin release rates for optimal performance. Do not thin or spread the film excessively.
Launching Time: Launch on the next tide or within 16 hours of the last coat.

PREPARATION: Unpainted timber, Fibreglass or Ferro-cement should be primed with 1 or more coats of NORGLASS SHIPSHAPE Primer-Undercoat. Allow to cure for a minimum of 24 hours then sand to a flat finish before applying anti-fouling. New steel surfaces must first be primed with NORGLASS EPOXY TAR and overcoated with SHIPSHAPE. Spent anti-foulings should be high pressure water cleaned and wet sanded if necessary. Remove all loose and flaking paint and spot prime bare areas as described above.
