May 2010 PRODUCT DATA SHEET NORGLASS PAVING PAINT (SLIP RESISTANT) DESCRIPTION: A fast drying, low-sheen finish with plastic granules incorporated into the coating for positive traction when wet. Can be applied to clean, dry, bare fibro, concrete, or timber without priming. Easily recoated. PROPERTIES (at 20°C) ° COLOURS: Clay, Terracotta, Slate, Russet, Lincoln Green, Pewter, Sand and Ivory. Can be tinted with domestic tinters for a wide range of pastel shades. Colours can also be intermixed with each other or Ivory to reduce intensity. TOXICITY: N/A FINISH: Low-sheen. COVERAGE: 7-8 square metres/litre on untreated smooth surfaces; 8 - 9 square metres/litre on sealed smooth areas. On rough surfaces allow more paint. DRYING TIME: . Touch dry in 2 hours. RECOATING: Recoatable after 4 hours 25°C. Light traffic after 8 hours and 24 hours for normal use POT LIFE: N/A MIXING RATIO: N/A THINNING: Not normally recommended, but up to 3% of Weatherfast Brushing Thinners can be added in hot weather. (i.e. 30mls per litre) WEIGHT/LITRE: 1.22kg. FLASH POINT: 32 °C. CLEAN UP: Weatherfast Brushing Thinners or Weatherfast Spraying Thinners UN NUMBER: 1263

Page 2 – Norglass Paving Paint (Slip Resistant) PREPARATION: Scrub down previously painted surfaces with a commercial cream cleaning agent, using hot water. Hose off thoroughly with fresh water and allow to dry. Sand off any unsound or flaking paint before proceeding. Unpainted concrete must be washed with bleach, liquid pool chlorine or other proprietary concrete cleaner, hosed off and allowed to thoroughly dry before painting.
