Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, sanded, and well-prepared.
Application: Mix 3 parts of Shipshape Base with 1 part Shipshape Hardener by volume, stir thoroughly, and let stand for 10 minutes before use. Apply using a brush, roller, airless, or conventional spray. Adjust spraying thinners according to the pressure system used or thin 25-33% at 50-70 psi.
Transportation: Classified as Dangerous Goods Class 3.2 HAZCHEM 3[Y]PGIII. Available in pack sizes of 4 liters, 2 liters, 1 liter, and 500 ml.
Precautions: The product is polyamide cured, requiring careful handling. The hardener is alkaline and can cause skin irritation. Ensure adequate ventilation when spraying, avoid smoking, and keep away from open flames.
First Aid: If skin sensitivity occurs, move to fresh air and wash thoroughly. In case of poisoning, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting; provide milk or water.
Special Instructions: Avoid using below 10°C as curing will be affected. Reseal the hardener container immediately after partial use to prevent deterioration. If not used within 48 hours, transfer remaining contents to a smaller container to minimize air exposure and seal tightly.
