Norflex epoxy filler

Product catalog summary
Description: NORFLEX Epoxy Filler is a two-part epoxy/polyamine/polyamide filler known for its high strength, non-shrinking properties, low sag, chemical resistance, and excellent adhesion to various materials such as timber, metals, concrete, and fiberglass.
Uses: It is used for filling gaps, holes, and imperfections on most surfaces and is ideal for large areas due to its flexibility with the substrate. It offers a 30% weight saving over NORFILL.
Properties: At 20°C, the filler is cream-colored when mixed, with a low gloss to flat finish. It has a hard cure time of 12 hours and a full cure time of 7 days. The pot life is 30 minutes, and the mixing ratio is 2:1 by volume. It is not recommended to thin the product.
Application: Surfaces must be clean and dry for maximum adhesion. For metal surfaces, priming and sealing are necessary before application. Mix the base and hardener thoroughly and apply with a rubber squeegee or filling knife. Allow curing overnight before sanding and overcoating with SHIPSHAPE PRIMER-UNDERCOAT.
Precautions: Avoid prolonged skin contact and inhalation of vapors. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use immediately. For skin contact, wash with soap and water; for eye contact, irrigate with water. Seek medical advice if swallowed.
Transportation: Classified as non-dangerous goods.
