Description: NORFILL Epoxy Filler is a two-part Epoxy/Polyamine/Polyamide filler known for its high strength, non-shrinking properties, low sag, chemical resistance, and excellent adhesion to various materials including timber, metals, concrete, and fibreglass.
Uses: It is used for filling gaps, holes, and imperfections on most surfaces and is suitable for areas with prolonged water immersion. It is ideal for repairing fibreglass dings and does not require an additional coating.

  • Mixing Ratio: 2:1 (base to hardener) by volume
  • Thinning: Not recommended

Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free for optimal adhesion.
Application: Mix two parts base with one part hardener thoroughly until streak-free. Apply with a knife or spatula and smooth with water or acetone after one hour. Avoid overfilling as the product does not shrink.
Transportation: Classified as Non-Dangerous Goods. Available in various pack sizes from 250g to 8Kg.
Precautions: Avoid prolonged skin contact and inhalation of vapours. Use protective gloves and goggles. Discontinue use if allergic reactions occur.
First Aid: For skin contact, wash with soap and water. For eye contact, flush with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical advice.

NORFILL EPOXY FILLER A clean, dry, oil-free and dust-free surface is required for maximum adhesion. Place two equal parts of base and one equal part of hardener onto a flat board and mix thoroughly, until all traces of streaking are gone. Apply with knife or spatula. The surface can be smoothed off by lightly wetting the knife with water or Acetone (1 hour after application). Do not overfill as this product does not shrink when cured.
