Incorporating the latest in software technology and cutting equipment has allowed us to create shapes that are optimized for the particular type of boat based on use and design. As such, the VECTRIX spinnakers come in four different series, each being carefully designed for a particular application. The 80 Series is optimized for apparent wind angles of between 70 and 105 degrees. This design lends itself to use on 'sport' type boats that have less inherent stability and accelerate easily.
