Overview: This document provides a quick start guide for using the Navionics Platinum Chart features on Raymarine E-Series devices. It includes instructions for displaying various chart overlays, panoramic and aerial photos, HD fishing charts, and 3D views.

Panoramic Photos: Available for many ports and marinas, panoramic photos can be accessed by highlighting the chart window, selecting the camera icon or port symbol, and choosing the photo option. Additional information such as Pilot Books and Port Services is also available.

Aerial Photo Overlay: This feature is available for navigable waters up to 3 miles inland. Users can adjust the photo layer opacity and specify whether the overlay is for land only or both land and sea areas through the cartography setup menu.

HD Fishing Charts: High-definition fishing charts can be toggled between FISH and NAV modes under the chart type settings in the presentation menu.

3D View: Depth information can be displayed in three dimensions. Users can set up a split-screen view with chart and 3D view, adjust viewing preferences, and modify the 3D exaggeration factor using the presentation menu.

Simulator: The simulator can be set to a specific position by highlighting the chart window, placing the cursor in the desired area, and enabling the simulator in the system setup menu.

Cartridge Removal: To remove the CF card, access the menu, select 'Remove CF Card', and follow the prompts to safely eject the card.

Panoramic Photos Available for many ports and marinas. To display a panoramic photo (3nm range), either: • Press ACTIVE to highlight chart window. • Put the cursor on the appropriate camera icon $0$? and Press OK, Press VIEW PHOTO. Or, • Put the cursor on the appropriate port symbol , Press OK, then Select the PHOTOS option, Select photo number, Press VIEW PHOTO.
