The goal of the redesign was to bring a performance orientated bridge deck catamaran to the market, be fast and fun to sail and complement our D1195 and D1495 series designs. The design sticks to the classic Dazcat layout, proven to work very well. The galley and navigation station are set half down in the hulls to give full standing headroom and great all-round views through the saloon windows. The saloon seating is U-shaped and the table drops down to create a double berth. This area has sitting headroom to maintain good bridge deck clearance and a balanced look to the boat's lines. Cosy doubles are situated aft in both hulls. Forward on the port side is a small head and shower compartment, and on starboard another single berth/storage area.
