Specifications:
The double blast rated doors are constructed with door blades made from 2mm steel and a 4mm Z section steel frame. The live leaf is equipped with a mortice lock, stainless steel lever handles, and backplates on both sides. The dead leaf includes heavy-duty slip bolts at the top and bottom. The door features a 30mm flange on all four sides and is secured with a minimum of six heavy-duty weld-on hinges. It is designed to withstand a blast pressure of up to 0.5 bar and includes a weathertight/gastight seal for external protection. The door and frame can be finished in mill, prime, or painted to a RAL color.
