SEABEAR 23 MK II PRODUCT SHEET Boat in pictures may show optional equipment SEABEAR 23 MK II Seabear 23 MK II is especially designed to meet the requirements for a Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) for offshore support vessels, oil platforms and other offshore installations. Through the years the Seabear 23 and fast rescue craft has almost become synonymous. A robust and reliable craft built and developed and refined from long and extensive use all over the world. The Seabear 23 is the successor of the RI-22 RIB. The Seabear 23 is a full planning type design with a deep V-bottom and suitable for high speeds in adverse weather conditions. The strength of the craft is sufficient to withstand all normal forces encountered under normal use of the boat at maximum speed. The craft is is type approved with a CE certificate according to Solas 83, nominated body: DNV. In addition it has a type approval from NMD, Canadian Coast Guard (TC) and has a letter of compliance from MCA (UK). The fender system is made of special foam, and protected with tailor-made PVC cover. Lifting arrangement is made of high quality steel, fitted with approve off-load release hook.
