Marine Fender Testing Maritime International possesses the most advanced marine fender testing equipment in the industry. From full size compression testing of large rubber fenders, to small scale model testing and cyclic/ durability testing, Maritime strives to provide its customers with the best testing capability in the industry. We work continously to develop trust with our customers and maintaining this laboratory in-house allows our customers to actually see our products working under a variety of conditions. From straight compressions, angular compressions, shearing deflections, and slow to high velocity, we are one of the only companies that can simulate actual vessel berthing velocities within our laboratory. Clients regularly count on us to conduct tests on existing fenders to estimate their remaining lifespan in addition to conducting performance verification of new fenders arriving at jobsites around the US.
