Marinetek Conduct Pontoons are high-quality modular walkway systems designed for marina use. These pontoons feature a steel structure that is fully welded and galvanized, providing a durable, anti-slip, and maintenance-free walking surface. They include top entry service ducts with aluminum covers and machined fenders on both sides. The pontoons are designed to connect with Marinetek Fingers and Booms.
- Structure: Fully welded steel frame, galvanized to EN ISO 1461 standards.
- Deck: Made of C35 WRA OPC reinforced concrete, 75 mm thick.
- Reinforcement: Fully hot dip galvanized steel.
- Floats: Made of closed cell expanded polystyrene block with a density of 15 kg/m3, protected in a heat-welded PVC coated polyester fabric.
The standard pontoon elements are categorized into four models: U2009CD, U2006CD, U2609CD, and U2606CD. Key specifications include:
- Deck Length: 9.0 m for U2009CD and U2609CD; 6.0 m for U2006CD and U2606CD.
