Using four strands of roving with the High-Volume Chopper Gun, the system can output up to 2700 ft² (250 m²) per hour at 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) laminate and 1350 ft² (125 m²) per hour at 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) laminate.

System Capabilities
The system can be customized for various stages of the application process, including gelcoat application, heat curing, resin/fiberglass application, and automatic consolidation of the glass/resin layer.
