MICROPRO PROPORTIONER SYSTEM
The MicroPro Proportioner System is designed for low flow rate metering of various materials such as epoxy, urethane, and silicone. It supports multiple application methods including spray, splatter, pour, RTM, and can function as a table-top proportioner. It is suitable for both low and high-pressure applications with material viscosities ranging from 20cps to 40,000 cps.

- 5” Air Motor with Two VHPC-2200: Power Ratio of 24:1, requires 60 psi at 40 cycles/min, 5 to 10 SCFM.
- 3.25” Air Motor: Power Ratio of 10:1, requires 60 psi at 40 cycles/min, 3 to 6 SCFM.
- Ratio Options: Two VHPC-2200 (1:1 to 3.7:1), VHPC-2200 & VHPC-3200-ADH (1.84:1 to 5.85:1), VHPC-2200 & VHPC-4200 (4.15:1 to 13:1).
- Urethane: Gelcoat – Spray, Adhesive – Pour.
