We are a relatively young company, founded in 1999, but now with a mission very specific: sailboats production 80 ', carbon prepreg motor boats and 15 to 17 meters luxury. WHERE WE ARE Magic Yachts is installed inside of the lake of Bizerte. The lake of Bizerte hosted the French naval fleet until the independence of Tunisia. Bizerte, in fact, is strategically located at the center of the Mediterranean. MOLDS Magic Yacht has always realized internally the molds they need without any limit to the size. The molds are made from the predisposition of the woodern model that is with fairing and polished.The mold is designed and carried out depending on the technology of transformation : wet lay up , infusion and prepregs . Infusion This technique consists of the installation of all the materials (fibers,expanded pvc …) to dry inside the mold suitably constructed for this technology. WET LAY UP The technique with wich a liquid resin is added to a reinforcing fabric to obtain a laminate. The lamination is always carried out for the vacuum eventual bonding of the foam of the sandwich.
