Serve a wide variety from low or non-fat ice creames to custards, yogurt and sorbet. The compact design allows for an extremely simple and efficient operation, offering quality soft serve and yoghurt profitably, every time. A warning light flashes to indicate low levels of mix in the hopper, and alerts the operator when to add mix. During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains product at safe temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder. Precise temperature control automatically maintains high quality soft serve. The control assures superior product appearance and ultimate taste. The beater combines a unique design with solid construction. This bladeless beater is machined to exact tolerances necessary for thorough blending, efficient scraping, and smooth, rapid ejection.
