Capacity of basin is 40 litres and can also be used for cooking rice, dumplings and vegetables. The built in water heater will automatically compensate the water level during consecutive cooking operations. Three standard baskets are included in delivery. Other types of baskets are available as optional extra accessories. Substructure and installation The units are delivered with 200 mm high legs. They can also be delivered for installation on by client prepared foundation.
