The element assembly can be raised or lowered from outside in five steps for setting in the right level. The interior offers sufficient space for GN 1/1 items and is equipped with two separately controllable radiant heaters. The salamander is supplied with a grill rack provided with two well-insulated handles. A carefully designed exterior and inerior without any troublesome corners and edges facilitates cleaning and maintenance. A supporting wall bracket for wall mounting is available as optional extra.
