Construction and Performance:

Autoclave Process: Masts are constructed using carbon fiber pre-pregs cured with a temperature-specific autoclave process, ensuring high laminate quality and mast integrity.
Carbon Fiber Layers: Includes an inner spiral of carbon for compression strength and three layers of unidirectional carbon for maximum compressive strength. The production process allows for precise control of fiber layers for optimal mast flex.
