Most of our components are produced by hot pressing, a technology which guarantees minimal porosity in the metal and superior mechanical features. The most exposed components are then chemically treated in order to slow down and minimise the process of marine corrosion. During the production process in our factory, we carry out several dimensional tests on components and final products by use of our 3D coordinate measuring machine, as well as marine corrosion tests in a special marine environment chamber, which simulates the harshest of marine environments.
