Battery Management System (BMS)
Each module includes an integrated BMS that monitors cell status and protects against overcharge, overvoltage, and overtemperature. This system prevents battery defects due to environmental factors or misuse.
Protection and Restart Conditions
  • Overvoltage: Shutdown if battery voltage > 57V or cell voltage > 3.65V; restart when battery voltage < 56V or cell voltage < 3.4V.
  • Undervoltage: Shutdown if battery voltage < 41.6V or cell voltage < 2.6V; restart when battery voltage > 46.4V or cell voltage > 2.9V.
  • Discharge Current: Shutdown if discharge current > 50A for >5s or >75A for 100ms; automatic restart after 60s or manual reset required after repeated shutdowns.
  • Charging Current: Shutdown if charging current >50A for >1s; automatic restart after current reduction.
  • Short Circuit: Shutdown if current > 300A for >400 μS; automatic reconnection after 60s or manual reset required after repeated disconnections.

Integrated BMS in each module The storage system has a modular design. Each module is a fully functional memory with an independent integrated battery management system, or BMS for short. It constantly monitors the status of the cells and protects them against overcharge, overvoltage and overtemperature, among other things.
