Product catalog summary
Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe operation of Kuuma Products barbecues, covering various models including propane, charcoal, hybrid, and electric types. It emphasizes the importance of reading the manual thoroughly before use and advises against unauthorized modifications.

Safety Instructions
- For outdoor use only.
- Use high-pressure propane only.
- Light the BBQ with the lid open and do not leave it unattended when hot.
- Turn off propane after use and avoid modifications.
- Caution: The BBQ lid is hot; use the handle to open.

Installation
Unpack the BBQ, ensure proper burner and grill positioning, and use the fold-down legs for tabletop use. Various mounting options are available but sold separately. It is recommended to remove the BBQ from the mount when not in use to prevent loosening due to vibrations.

Operation
For propane models, ensure proper hook-up and leak checks. Lighting involves opening the lid, setting the regulator to high, and using a butane lighter. Adjust heat settings as needed and ensure proper shutdown procedures.

Cooking Guidelines
- Avoid overheating; gas models do not require preheating, while electric models need 25-30 minutes.
- Do not cook on high with the lid closed.

Hybrid and Electric Models
These models can operate on 120V electricity but should not be exposed to moisture. Preheating takes up to 30 minutes, and simultaneous use of propane and electricity is prohibited.

Adjustments
Air adjustments can optimize performance, and the regulator pressure may need resetting. Ensure the flame is mostly blue with yellow tips for optimal performance.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning of the exterior, grease tray, and heat plate is necessary to prevent flare-ups and maintain performance. The burner and regulator can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

Troubleshooting
Common issues include lighting problems, blowouts, flare-ups, and uneven heat distribution. Solutions involve checking gas flow, cleaning components, and adjusting regulators.

Accessories
Various accessories are available for purchase, including griddles, covers, and replacement parts.

Specifications
Details on BTU ratings, cooking surface areas, and warranty information for different models are provided.

Warranty
Kuuma Products offers a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover improper use or accidents, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
